Founded in 1981 as a one-man business by the current managing director Volker Reichle, the company has evolved over the past decades into a Europe-wide service center with around 85 employees. For almost two decades, the company was exclusively concerned with engravings, high-gloss polishing, signs and etching foils. Because of numerous innovations, new areas of performance and much blood, sweat and tears, Reichle has developed strongly in the last few year.

Nowadays, the family company can be called Germany's largest laser welding location and Europe's largest service provider in the area of laser texturing and repair of cast parts by using laser welding.

The more than 1,000 customers across Europe appreciate the integration of almost all service areas around the surface of tools and molds in our company.

We are able to deliver a maximum of quality every day with highly motivated employees, with the shortest processing times and without the need for external suppliers. Basically, we see ourselves as an innovator, develop new processes every year in order to be ahead of the constant requirements of our customers and to set new standards.

On 2,500 m², the entire administration as well as the business areas laser texturing including the brand-new design center, surface technology and engraving are located in plant 1.

Plant 2

In the large hall of plant 2 with 2,300 m² which was built in 2015, our business areas laser / TIG welding and repair of cast parts by using laser welding are located.
